Inkosis strategy is to become a long term partner for best in class management teams with a strong vision, values and integrity.

The companies themselves are more important than a set guideline of investment principles and we therefore have a wide range of different ownership positions, from minority stakes to majority positions, across our portfolio of companies.

We prefer our companies to have a proven business model and to be profitable on an EBITDA and Net Income basis or well on a path to achieving such profitability.
